Job DetailsJob Location: Fourchon Facility - Fourchon, LA 70357Company Description: John W. Stone Oil Distributor, LLC is the local leader in dockside, mid-streaming, and offshore fueling along the Mississippi River, from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Houston, Texas, and into the Gulf of Mexico.

Position: Administrative Assistant Fourchon

Reports To: Facility Manager, Fourchon

Worksite: Fourchon, Louisiana. 

Work Schedule: 7am to 4pm, Monday-Friday. 

Essential Job Duties: 

Process all tickets and get approvals for invoicing
Enter invoice tickets in to Ascend 
File all paperwork
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports
Answer phones
General clerical duties
Other duties that may be requested by Director, Supervisor or Executive Management as needed

At least 18 years of age. 
Reliable Transportation to and from Work.
High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Work experience with electronic billing software, such Ariba, Open Invoice, Cortex, or the like, including experience with inputting invoices, checking on payments, and reconciling accounts. 
Prior experience as an Administrator Assistant
