We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Regional Office located in Springfield, Illinois. 

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers, staff, and visitors by handling a variety of tasks, managing communications, and maintaining organizational systems.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2+ years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Other responsibilities as assigned
