About the Position

Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service and keeping daily office operations organized.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Greet customers and assist with basic questions and requests

Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Enter and maintain customer and dealership information accurately

Organize, file, and maintain paperwork and records

Assist management and other departments with administrative tasks

Schedule appointments and assist with follow-up communications

Process documents and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner

Communicate professionally with customers, employees, and vendors

Help maintain an organized and professional front-office environment

Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications: Qualifications

Previous administrative, office, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Professional and friendly communication skills

Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers

Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
