Short Description
- Provides administrative support for AHI Medical Specialties.
- Responsible for provider schedule management (e.g. Cadence scheduling and/or calendar updates).
- Assists division manager with provider communication regarding time off and template adjustment requests.
- Handles reimbursement submissions, provider on and off boarding, and other Institute projects.
- Collaborates with support departments to ensure provider and division success.
- Extreme attention to detail necessary and the ability to work independently.
- Works at location of Institute Division team.
Experience Required
Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma required. Associate's degree preferred.
Special Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills with strong analytical and follow-through skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Must be able to work independently.
- Computer literate, expert Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of data management and scheduling systems/software (e.g. Epic Cadence, Insight, and Amion) preferred.
