Estimated Pay: This is a temporary, part-time, non-benefited position. Rate of pay is based on level of education:https://www.udel.edu/faculty-staff/human-resources/payroll/resources/suppay/2026spring/
Schedule: up to 10 course credits per semester
Location: Dover, Delaware campus
The University of Delaware Associate in Arts Program seeks a student-centered instructor to teach in-person introductory Spanish courses in spring 2027. Candidates must be able to teach in Dover and/or Georgetown.
Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Spanish Language, Literature, Linguistics, Cultural Studies, or Second Language Acquisition & Teaching (Ph.D. preferred).

Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English (ACTFL Superior or CEFR C1).

Experience: Prior college-level Spanish teaching experience in the US.
