Actuary- Summer 2027 Internship- Hybrid -Des Moines, Iowa

Wellabe is seeking an intern to join our Actuary team for a10-week paid internship from June 7th through August 13th, 2027.  In this collaborative role, you will get a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working on a variety of projects and learning from our team.  You will participate in a well-rounded internship program with the opportunity to gain real world experience that supplements traditional classroom learning. 

Essential Functions

• Support product development and regulatory filings
• Contribute to financial and reserve analysis
• Enhance data infrastructure and analytics
• Collaborate on plan design and sensitivity modeling

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing degree in Actuary or related field
• Completion of any of the Actuary exams a plus
• Excel and Microsoft Products background
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous internship or related experience is a plus
