The schedule for this position will be:
Monday 8:45am - 3:15pm
Tuesday: 8:15am - 11:30am
Wednesday 11:15am - 3:15pm
Thursday: 8:45am - 3:15pm

What does an Activity Aid do?
As an Activity Aid in our day services program, you’ll help participants reach personal goals through hands-on activities and community engagement. You will:
- Lead daily activities for groups of 6-10 individuals (facility-based day services)
- Guide small groups of 3-4 on community outings (community based day services)
- Support learning, creativity, social interaction, and independence in our facility
- Lead Activities including:

- Preparing healthy snacks, gardening, and nutrition lessons
- Creative arts: music, dance, craft projects, art, and photography
- Physical and recreational activities such as yoga, fitness, basketball, or bowling
- Educational outings to museums, historical sites, fire stations, and government buildings
- Teaching skills for accessing community resources—libraries, public transit, parks, and more
There are no personal cares involved in CRI's day services program.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, equivalent or teacher recommendation.
- Access to reliable transportation and clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a Department of Justice background check.
- Must have a cell phone/the ability to communicate while at the various sites in the community.
