Job Responsibilities:
- Create a visually appealing monthly activity calendar that caters to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, providing support to ensure their well-being.
- Plan, organize, and actively participate in activities outlined on the monthly calendar, fostering a sense of community and joy.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- PSS and CRMA certification required; an expired CRMA is acceptable, and we will assist with renewal. If you do not have a current PSS, we will provide the required training.
- Excellent planning abilities, demonstrating creativity and foresight in organizing activities.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide compassionate care to residents.

Brock Health owns or operates 16 Assisted Living facilities throughout the great State of Maine. The success of every aspect of living at a Brock Health facility is determined by our people. From the front line people who care for our residents every day to our essential support team that ensures the facilities are safe, clean and comfortable, every staff member is held to the highest standard. Every Brock Health facility assists with medical care under the direction of the resident’s attending physician. We provide 24-hour staffing, Medication Administration, all meals and snacks, enriching activities, care planning, housekeeping, and laundry. Staying active and independent is important to our residents. Every Brock Health facility has a varied activity program with daily exercise, live entertainment, theme and seasonal programs, and offsite activities. We strive to make sure every resident at Brock Health enjoys the highest level of comfort. From comfortably, well-appointed bedrooms, dining area, living rooms and lounges, each space is carefully designed to meet our residents’ physical and emotional needs.
