Activities Associate (Memory Support - PT) $15/hour

Providence Place of Drums is seeking to recruit an energetic, compassionate individual ready to lead purposeful and engaging activities with residents experiencing signs of dementia. The Activities Associate assists with programs and events that promotes and encourages a feeling of independence and a sense of accomplishment for residents living with dementia. Encourages and motivates residents to stay active - both mentally and physically. 

Part Time Position - Hours:  

Week 1: Monday, Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
Week 2: Friday, Sunday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
Schedule alternates weekly.

 *Must be able to work EOW/EOH

Minimum Qualifications for the Activities Associate:

• Education:  Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience working with dementia preferred.
• Valid Driver's License:  Must have clean driving record with no major violations.
