Activities Assistant – Vibe Coordinator & Fun Facilitator

We’re looking for someone with heart, creativity, and a knack for making every day special for our residents. Whether it’s leading group games, one-on-one visits, or surprise hallway dance-offs—you’ll be part of the team bringing joy to our community.
What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Having a Blast):
- Leading daily resident and guest activities that are fun, meaningful, and totally unforgettable
- Helping guide other activities team members and volunteers with your contagious enthusiasm
- Staying organized and efficient (because even karaoke needs a game plan!)
- Supporting resident choice and satisfaction—because this is their home, and fun is personal
- Teaming up with coworkers to make every day feel like a celebration
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one (1) year job experience in long-term care or similar environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional commitment to customer service and employee well-being.
