Accounts Payable Processor

This position is located in our Victor, NY location. 

Who We're Looking For

Waste Harmonics Keter is looking for experienced Billing Processors to join our Finance team! We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and high-volume transactions. 

Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable is highly preferred, but we are also interested in candidates with related experience in billing, invoicing, bookkeeping, accounting, data processing, or financial administration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process vendor bills and invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Enter invoice and payment information into the company's accounting system.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, duplicate payments, incorrect amounts, and missing information.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal teams and vendors.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain AP records.
• Assist with account reconciliation activities.
• Support invoice tracking, reporting, and audit requests.
• Maintain organized financial documentation.
• Follow established AP processes, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate issues when needed.

What You Bring to the Table

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with invoicing, billing, bookkeeping, accounting, or financial transactions is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with numbers and high volumes of transactions.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn accounting systems and internal software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.

Preferred Experience

Experience with an ERP or accounting system such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or a similar platform is a plus.

Good to Know:

• Onsite enviroment
• Schedule ( Monday to Friday)
• Hours: Flexible hours with start time as early as 6am ( after training is complete)
• Temporary to Full time opportunity depending on the needs of the business.
