PART-TIME - 1st shift - 25 HOURS A WEEK (Flexible Schedule)

Pay Rate: $22.00 - 27.00 an hour

Location: Hanover Park

Report to: Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

· Accurate and timely accounts payable invoices processing

· Prepare monthly journal entries and supplemental reporting

· Train and work with employees in all departments within the company

· Continuous Process Improvement

· Proactively work with the IT department on AP system issues

· Committed to timely and clear communications with vendors

· Special Projects as needed

· Assure internal control complianceQualifications: Qualifications:

· Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred

· Solid computer skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook; Epicor ERP Software is a plus

· Experience working in a professional office environment

· Superb organization, communication, attention to detail and clerical input accuracy skills

· Great work ethic and service-based positive attitude

· Must be able to work independently within the accounting group and self-motivated

· Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment
