What You'll Do

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring vendor payments, invoices, and financial records are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities Include:

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation.
Prepare and process check runs, electronic payments, and vendor reimbursements.
Maintain accurate vendor files and payment records.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
Communicate professionally with vendors, dealership personnel, and management.
Assist with month-end closing tasks and accounting reports.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Support additional accounting functions and projects as assigned.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

Previous Accounts Payable, accounting, or bookkeeping experience required.
Automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
