Job Overview and Qualifications:

Intersurgical is looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Assistant to support our Accounting team at our Indianapolis office.

This is a great opportunity for an accounting or business student, or someone with basic bookkeeping/accounting knowledge looking to gain hands-on experience.

• 10–15 hours per week
• $15/hour
• In-office | Indianapolis
• Initial 3–4 month assignment, with potential to extend

What you’ll help with:
Scanning and processing invoices, allocating information within our systems, updating backlogs and records, file/document management, and other general Accounting department support.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with numbers and systems, and has strong attention to detail. Some foundational knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping functions is preferred.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

This is primarily an office-based, desk position. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, with the ability to stand and walk as needed throughout the workday.

This is an in-office position based in Indianapolis.
