Although most JRF programs continue to benefit residents throughout Middlesex County, our CSBG funded programs are specifically intended for income qualified residents in eight designated communities: Borough of Carteret, the Borough of Metuchen, the Borough of Highland Park, the Borough of Sayreville, the City of Perth Amboy, the City of South Amboy, the Township of Edison, and the Township of Woodbridge.
In 2015, we received our second federal designation as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and in 2016 we opened our JRF Community Health Center in Edison, NJ.
