State Farm Experience | Full Licensing | Proven Sales Required

Nick DeMaio State Farm is seeking a proven, sales-driven State Farm professional to join our high-producing multi-office agency in a 100% remote sales role.

This is not a service-first position. We are looking for someone who knows how to sell, consistently follow up, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the business. You should have a demonstrated history of insurance production and be comfortable selling across multiple product lines, including Life insurance.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of State Farm agency experience
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Active Life & Health license
• Proven track record of insurance sales and production
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to sell Life insurance
• Ability to provide a positive professional reference from a current or former State Farm agent
• Strong knowledge of State Farm products, systems, and agency processes
• Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a 100% remote environment
• Comfortable with prospecting, inside sales, cross-selling, objection handling, and closing

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, outbound prospecting, and consistent follow-up.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
• Actively identify and close Life insurance opportunities.
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
• Work existing customer relationships to uncover additional insurance needs.
• Pivot customer conversations into appropriate cross-sell and inside sales opportunities.
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify gaps in protection.
• Confidently handle objections and ask for the business.
• Develop referral opportunities from new and existing customers.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate documentation.
• Meet established sales, activity, and production expectations.
