Account Manager

Job Details: Job Location: Remote - Newport Beach, CA, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: $75000.00 - $80000.00Salary/year, Travel Percentage: Negligible, Job Category: Business Development, The Account/Campaign Manager will be the main point of contact for assigned Telecommunications clients in the Business-to-Business channel.  The role combines relationship management, strategic planning, and operational execution collaborating with internal teams such as Analytics, Finance, Compliance, and Legal in addition to our third-party sales offices.  The ideal candidate will apply their strong foundation in account management to establish themselves as the main point of contact, strengthen and build relationships, leverage their resources for troubleshooting/escalation resolution, identify opportunities for efficiencies, and keep initiatives on task.

This role is suited for someone with technology experience (Salesforce, Tableau, program management tools) and excellent organizational, communication, initiative taking, and multitasking skills.  Smart Circle is a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and this role is best suited for someone with the ability to deliver quality results for time-sensitive tasks/projects and balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Location: Remote / Work from Home (U.S. Only)
Compensation: $75,000-$80,000/year + bonus potential
Travel: Up to 5%
Reports to: Senior Campaign Manager

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communications, account needs, issue resolution, and campaign execution
Oversee account operations, including onboarding/offboarding, assets, leads, permits, incentives, compliance, and troubleshooting
Lead recurring client and field team calls; manage agendas, action items, recaps, and follow-up
Partner with field leadership and internal teams on KPIs, program updates, expansion opportunities, and service delivery
Maintain key account documentation, including SOPs and action item logs, and identify opportunities to improve processes and systems
Support additional projects and initiatives as needed

What You'll Bring:

3+ years of project, campaign, or account management experience; telecommunications experience required
Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects aligned with scope, timelines, and business objectives
Proficiency in Salesforce, CRM/data dashboards, and project management tools such as ClickUp
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
