The Job 

The Account Manager is responsible for all current and potential across OPE accounts for Ideal and CSystems, within an assigned geography. This role focuses on outbound relationship building, lead generation, product demonstration, and the effective use of CRM tools to support sales processes. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Minimum of 50 calls per day to customer contacts in assigned territory.  

• Conduct outbound calls to all current dealers in assigned territory and establish a follow up cadence accordingly.  

• Prospect by phone to develop 25 new leads per month, exclusive of Marketing generated leads.  

• Conduct at least 2 webinar product shows annually Ie. Quickbooks interface, mobile, Price lists, etc.  

• Responsible for compliance with usage of tools such as CRM, Quoting tools, etc. (Including updating all customer fields in SFDC, logging of all activities and including all notes/descriptions within SFDC.  

• Demo at a high level all Ideal solutions for existing customers.  

Experience/Skills include: 

• 2-3 years direct sales experience with track record of success, preferably in the software industry 

• Previous experience within digital and web sales 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Experience with a CRM to track sales information 

• Dealership experience a huge asset 

• Strong organizational skills

Salary Range:

The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$50,400.00 - USD$61,600.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.

Other Compensation (US Only):

This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.

Time off (US Only):
