Where You'll Make a Difference

• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts across multiple buying locations, including global and international customers.
• Manage complex customer portfolios and identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer objectives, market challenges, and growth strategies.
• Leverage deep product knowledge to recommend solutions that address customer needs and deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and successful project execution.
• Lead account planning, business reviews, and long-term growth initiatives for strategic customers.
• Identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to support business development efforts.
• Negotiate and influence decision-makers across customer organizations to maximize commercial outcomes.
• Drive revenue growth and customer retention through consultative selling and relationship management.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in food science or similar required.
• Proven experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex, and multi-site customer accounts.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to understand technical products and translate features into customer benefits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% to support customer relationships, business growth, and project execution.

• Experience managing global strategic accounts within the food, ingredient, flavor, fragrance, chemical, or related industries.
