The Opportunity

Through strategic territory management, in-person customer engagement, and a strong focus on results, you'll play a key role in driving revenue, expanding market presence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Work Location
- Realityworks is located in Eau Claire, WI. This is a remote position, working from a home office. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Delaware, and Rhode Island
- This territory covers the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Maine, Maryland, West Virginia, and New York
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
- Target Incentive Compensation: Approximately $60,000-$80,000 annually at target performance, depending on assigned territory and sales goals. Commission earnings are uncapped and may be higher or lower based on individual performance and achievement of applicable goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manages the full sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship development, proposal generation, closing, and post-sale follow-up
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
- Builds and maintains a strong sales pipeline and accurately forecasts territory performance
- Develops long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Converts leads into long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement and consistent follow-up
- Maintains regular communication with customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, purchasing options, and technical support
- Maintains accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM system
- Maintains ongoing post-sale engagement to support long-term customer satisfaction and retention
- Participates in sales meetings, product training, and professional development activities
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
- Travels within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events, conferences, and tradeshows
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of successful field sales experience managing a defined territory
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships and generate new business opportunities
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong account management, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills
- Ability to manage a geographic territory and travel regularly to customer sites
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Travel Requirements
- Regular (up to 35%) travel throughout a multi-state territory to attend school visits, product demonstrations, and regional trade shows. Travel is typically by car and/or air.
