Account Executive, Enterprise Supply Chain Planning SaaS
Manages the entire end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting net new logos and leads, delivering value-based proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with C-level executives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prospecting: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities to meet quarterly and annual targets, including access to and alignment with customer C-levels.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate Salesforce.com pipeline of all opportunities, white space, contacts, and account history, with clear ongoing communication.
• Value-Based Selling: Deliver an engaging, value-based sales methodology that drives meaningful customer value for all stakeholders, including presenting the vision to C-levels.
• Sales Cycle Management: Own all aspects of the sales cycle — solution development, deal term negotiation, and contract closing — for new business opportunities within the territory.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements so that expectations are established, communicated, and documented clearly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with inside sales, pre-sales, alliances, and sales operations to deliver 100% customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional growth.
• Selling with Integrity: Sell only what RELEX can deliver. This principle is core to how we operate and a key reason RELEX is roughly 100% customer referenceable.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of successful enterprise technology sales experience with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Merchandising, or Pricing/Promotion solutions in tier-one and tier-two markets ($500M+), particularly in grocery, convenience, DIY, and specialty retail/wholesale distribution, or in CPG and Manufacturing.
• Track Record: Demonstrated success in complex, C-level selling, with a history of exceeding $1MM+ quotas.
• AI Fluency: Comfortable selling AI-native solutions and adapting to the evolving motions of AI-driven sales — RELEX is AI-native in what we sell and how we operate.
• Self-Starter: Independent, resourceful, adaptable, accountable, and achievement-oriented, with the entrepreneurial drive to build a territory into a functioning business.
• Team Player: Open-minded, hands-on, and collaborative, with a track record of working effectively across inside sales, pre-sales, alliances, and sales operations to deliver the best outcomes for customers and the company.
• Customer-Focused: Skilled at building and sustaining long-term, win-win client relationships, with genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Value Seller: Strong track record with value-selling methodologies and tools; RELEX customers see high ROI, and our sales model is built around that outcome.
• Communicator: Superior written and verbal communication skills across customer interactions, proposals, internal updates, and sales operations reporting in Salesforce and/or Highspot.
• Negotiator: Experienced leading SaaS and services contract negotiations with C-level decision-makers, technical experts, and legal teams on new deals, with a track record of building predictable, client-aligned closing strategies.
