How You Will Make an Impact 

• Facilitate the business development of third-party partnerships to existing Black Diamond clients
• Coordinate with key stakeholders at third-party partnerships to  drive sales success, including pipeline reporting, deal workshopping, marketing efforts, proactive outreach, and more
• Collaborate with Product teams as the voice of the client to influence future integration opportunities with Black Diamond
• Coordinate with existing field sales representatives and relationship managers to facilitate an overlay sales process to achieve ACV goals

Required Experience

• 3 plus years in financial services sales and customer success roles

• Strong knowledge of how financial advisors support their clients’ retirement accounts, annuity, and insurance needs

• Familiarity with the technology landscape for financial advisors, and the leading technology providers in the spaces of retirement accounts, annuities, and insurance

• Consistent and successful track record of meeting and exceeding ACV goals 

• Strong network within the RIA and b/d markets for technology solutions 

• Ability to work within a team structure across multiple lines of business

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

New Jersey: The expected base salary for the position is between 90,000 + commission USD to 100,000 + commission USD. New York: The expected base salary for the position is between 90,000 + commission USD to 100,000 + commission USD. Maryland: The expected base salary for the position is between 90,000 + commission USD to 100,000 + commission USD. Illinois: The expected base salary for the position is between 90,000 + commision USD to 100,000 + commission USD. Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between 90,000 + commission USD to 100,000 + commission USD. Minnesota: The expected base salary for the position is between 90,000 + commission USD to 100, 000 + commission USD. Maine: The expected base salary for the position is between 90,000 + commission USD to 100,000 + commission USD.

In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
