Position Summary:
IKS Health is hiring an Account Executive to join its sales team. We're looking for a results-oriented and strategic 'hunter' who is laser-focused on independently identifying prospects, generating pipeline, and closing new business.
50%+ travel is expected for this role!
Ability to drive strategic discussions and optimize business outcomes by demonstrating a keen understanding of today's evolving technology, regulatory environment,
identify the key decision-makers you will engage, including leaders in HIM, revenue cycle, clinical documentation, IT, finance, and operations
Play a pivotal role in establishing IKS Health as a must-have business partner and identify the target market, such as hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ambulatory organizations, and other healthcare providers to help our clients solve the biggest problems in healthcare - burnout, reimbursement, access to care, and more.
You'll navigate multi-dimensional engagements, combining revenue cycle transformation, clinical consulting, and technology deployments.
Grasping the intricacies of customers' challenges, crafting collaborative strategies to surmount them.
Additional responsibilities include
Full sales cycle management
Generating and qualifying leads via outbound and inbound channels, running discovery, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts.
This role will be for an individual contributor who is intrinsically motivated with collaboration being key to success.
Ideal Experience
7-10 years of healthcare sales experience.
Experience selling either medical scribing, transcription, clinical documentation, revenue-cycle, AI Solutions, or other outsourced healthcare services.
Existing hospital and health system relationships.
Familiarity with Salesforce and account-based marketing technology.
Offer industry insights to business and product leaders, ensuring the Company’s solutions remain at the forefront.
Demonstrating success in developing and managing large projects.
Ability to give compelling presentations – virtual and onsite.
Creative and strategic lead generation abilities.
Forms relationships and builds trust with all levels, including C-suite, executives, directors, physicians, and clinicians.
Ideal Qualities
Embody problem-solving prowess, adeptly simplifying complex information for change transformation efforts.
Solid experience in solution-driven, technology-enabled consulting, or high-growth provider organizations.
Accountable to commitments regarding pipeline and forecasting.
Entrepreneurial self-starter who is detail-oriented and meets aggressive deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $100,000- $125,000 a year. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package including healthcare, 401 (k), and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
