Job Details: Job Location: Las Vegas Division - Las Vegas, NV, Salary Range: $70000.00 - $80000.00Salary, Summary Responsible for sales of MSI products and services, business development, and relationship management with clients in a set geographical area.

We partner with top homebuilders, developers, architects, and general contractors who trust us for innovative, brand-enhancing, and durable signage solutions. As our Las Vegas Division continues to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive/Project Manager to join our Las Vegas based team.

What You’ll Do
Grow our footprint by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Las Vegas construction and real estate sectors.
Own the sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing.
Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and strategic account management.
Partner with our in-house design, estimating, and project management teams to create compliant, cost-effective, and stunning signage solutions.
Manage projects from order entry to final delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Stay ahead of market trends to uncover opportunities and strengthen our competitive edge.
Represent MSI professionally at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
3+ years B2B sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
3+ years project management in a fast-paced environment.
Business development expertise; Las Vegas industry connections a plus.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills with decision-makers.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and local travel availability.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Design, or related field.
Experience in signage, construction services, building products, or architectural sales.
