The Role

We're looking for an Account Executive to own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of existing CCT clients while identifying and winning new casino operators within an assigned geographic territory. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is accountable for total territory revenue — retaining and expanding the current book while building pipeline and closing net new logos.

This person will act as the primary commercial point of contact for their accounts, uncover expansion opportunities across CCT's platform, and run the full sales cycle on new business. The ideal candidate pairs strong relationship management instincts with a hunter's discipline — someone who can grow trust inside an existing account and still fill their own funnel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Existing Client Ownership & Expansion: Serve as the primary commercial contact for an assigned portfolio of casino clients. Build executive relationships, understand each property's operational priorities, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across CCT's platform. Own renewals, pricing conversations, and account growth targets.
• New Business Acquisition: Own the full new logo sales cycle within your territory — prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. Qualify and win new casino operator accounts by positioning CCT against their specific operational challenges.
• Territory Planning & Pipeline Generation: Build and execute a territory plan that balances account growth with new logo pursuit. Drive top-of-funnel activity through targeted outbound, trade show follow-up, referrals, and referrals from existing clients.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build credibility with decision-makers at both current and prospective accounts — Finance Leaders, Cage Managers, GMs, and Audit leaders — through persistent, value-led engagement.
• Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain an accurate pipeline across renewals, expansion, and new logo opportunities. Forecast total territory revenue reliably and ensure proper usage of CRM (HubSpot) deal stages, activity notes, and qualification criteria.
• Product & Solution Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of CCT’s platform (Insight Cash, Insight Analytics, and Kiosk Intelligence) to deliver compelling, outcome-led value propositions tailored to each prospect’s environment.
• Competitive Positioning & Deal Strategy: Understand the competitive landscape and craft deal strategies that differentiate CCT. Navigate procurement processes, multi-stakeholder dynamics, and objections to move deals to close.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to support targeted campaigns, trade show strategies, and prospect segmentation. Provide field feedback to inform product messaging and GTM priorities.
• Revenue Reporting & Accountability: Track KPIs across retention, expansion, and new logo revenue, plus quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and deal velocity. Leverage data and CRM insights to prioritize across your territory.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on new logo acquisition
• Proven track record of retaining and growing existing accounts while closing net new logos
• Experience owning a defined territory or account portfolio with revenue accountability
• Consistent performance to meet or exceed quota/plan
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and match them to product value
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals across Finance, Operations, and Technology buyers
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and timelines effectively
•  Data-driven mindset with comfort using reports, KPIs, and dashboards
• Experience or familiarity in the casino, gaming, or hospitality industry
• Bonus for familiarity with MEDDPICC, Gap Selling, or similar methodologies
