Overview

We're looking for a high-performing, consultative Account Executive Enterprise Distributors to drive revenue growth within the distributor vertical. You'll own the full enterprise sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and discovery to demoing Augie and closing complex deals with large B2B and wholesale distributors.

This role is ideal for someone energized by complex, technical enterprise sales who can partner with founders, product, and engineering to deliver tailored AI solutions that solve real operational pain. Our buyers are skeptical of generic AI claims, so your ability to speak concretely — what Augie automates, how it integrates, what it replaces — is what earns trust and closes deals.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles for named distributor accounts, from outbound prospecting through close — using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai, and 6sense intent signals to prioritize and penetrate accounts

• Drive multi-threaded sales motions across Operations, Procurement, IT, and Finance — the primary economic buyer is typically the COO or CIO, with CEO, CFO, and CRO also engaged; champions are typically VPs of Operations, Directors of Distribution, and IT Directors

• Run deep discovery to understand distributor workflows, order management bottlenecks, and where Augie can automate quoting, billing, collections, and dispatch

• Close high-value enterprise deals (typically 6-figure ARR, 90–180 day cycles)

• Build and maintain strong pipeline coverage through outbound and strategic account penetration

• Manage forecasting and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot

• Operate with a builder mindset — help refine ICP, messaging, and deal process

• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into roadmap input

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience selling enterprise software or technology solutions

• Proven success running complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles

• Comfortable in early-stage environments without heavy inbound or enablement support

• Strong business acumen able to tie product value to operational and financial outcomes

• Comfortable with ambiguity and building in motion

Bonus Points

• Experience selling into B2B distribution, wholesale distribution, or distribution technology

• Background in ERP, WMS, or adjacent supply chain tech (Epicor, NetSuite/Oracle Supply Chain, Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder)

• Familiarity with agentic AI platforms or other data-intensive automation tools

• Familiarity with our GTM stack: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai, 6sense

• Consultative, value-based selling approach
