Job descriptionFive Star Bath Solutions of Northeastern Pennsylvania is currently seeking positive, energetic applicants with strong interpersonal skills, high adaptability and inside sales or customer service experience.Salary $40 / year with commissionCome and grow with us!JOB SUMMARY:As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in managing our sales and design process. The main responsibility of this position is to transform customer leads into scheduled / confirmed design consultations for our sales team.  You will be the first impression of our company by making the initial contact with our prospective customer and helping us make sure their appointment is set, contributing directly to our overall sales goals.As the Account Executive for the Sales and Marketing team, you will work directly with the Owner / Sales Manager to ensure that our customers are getting the service they need from the moment they hear from us.  Potential growth opportunities are available for this position to grow into a management role within our team.
What you will be doing:

• 
  Contacting customer leads to generate / schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Own the sales schedule
• Confirming customer appointments prior to running 
• Develop ongoing positive working relationships with customers, and coworkers
• Contribute with fellow employees to meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain professionalism with both customers and fellow employees
• Maintaining records of interactions in software completely and accurately

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A positive, can do attitude is the number 1 requirement to be successful
• A high desire to follow our proven processes and deliver results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage, motivate and consult with a lead via the telephone
• Self-motivated, Team player
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• High School Diploma
• Experience in Face to Face Marketing is a plus
• Management or leadership experience is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT

- Local Onsite to Wilkes-Barre PA Area (some responsibilities require occasional attention at off hours from home)

WORK HOURS:

• Full or Part time opportunity to start with the opportunity to grow in the future.  Flexible hours from Monday-Saturday 10AM- 7:00 P.M
