What we’re looking for

Stedi is the world’s only API-first clearinghouse. By offering modern connectivity for verifying insurance coverage, processing claims, and ingesting payment reconciliations, healthcare technology companies can focus on optimizing provider and patient experience without the burden of building around dated legacy interfaces.

Stedi is looking for an Account Executive with a track record of exceeding targets selling to healthcare providers. As an AE, you will focus on hunting and closing new opportunities for our SMB provider segment - a high-velocity motion with a high volume of deals moving in parallel. As an early member of our sales team, you’ll have the opportunity to have an outsized impact on our business and your career as we rapidly scale.

What you'll do

• Identify and work new opportunities across SMB healthcare providers. You'll build trust and rapport, generate interest, and create a sense of urgency.

• Run a high-volume motion. You'll carry a large number of concurrent opportunities, maintain a high daily activity bar across calls, demos, and follow-ups, and consistently move deals to close on short cycles.

• Communicate compelling business cases for prospects and bring in product specialists or sales engineers to a deal when needed.

• Build and manage a pipeline from initial outreach to close, and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

• Maintain operational excellence in HubSpot

• Understand customer needs and requirements; communicate the business impact of Stedi’s product offerings to key decision makers at a customer’s executive level

• Collaborate closely with the Product and Customer Success to contribute to a strategy that bolsters Stedi’s business and sets customers up for success

Who you are

• You have a history of sales excellence. You’re innately competitive with a track record of exceptional sales performance amongst your peers. You have 3-6 years of experience.

• You've sold to healthcare providers. You've carried a quota selling into provider organizations - practices, specialty groups, billing companies, RCM firms, MSOs, or similar - and you understand how they think about claims, reimbursement, and getting paid. You've sold to practice owners, office and billing managers, IT, finance, and/or revenue cycle leadership.

• You are exceptional at staying on top of many open threads simultaneously. You are hyper-responsive, organized, and thorough. You almost never drop balls. You’re relentless about driving efficiency.

• You do what it takes to get the job done. You act like an owner and don’t wait to be told what to do. No task is too small to find success, generate revenue, and deliver value for our customers.

• You have experience selling B2B SaaS. You’ve sold complex B2B software virtually and have mastered the tools and technologies required to do so.

• You’re a natural problem solver with exceptional “clock speed”. You build trust and rapport quickly, can analyze a prospect’s business needs then lead them to a solution over the course of a demo call. You’re comfortable diving into technical concepts with executives.

• You move fast. We move fast as an organization. This requires an ability to match our pace and not get lost by responding with urgency (both externally to customers and internally to stakeholders), communicating what you are working on, and proactively asking for help or feedback when you need it.
