Scope:
As a quota carrying Account Executive, focused on the Financial Servies vertical, you will drive RecordPoint’s growth by acquiring new customers through strategic, consultative selling. You'll engage directly with stakeholders, helping them understand how RecordPoint’s innovative Data Trust Platform addresses their critical compliance, efficiency, and data security needs across enterprise and mid-market segments.

About this Opportunity

Every regulated organisation wants to trust its AI. That starts with governing its data, and we need a hunter to take that message to new logos.

This is a hunter seat. You'll open new logos, build your own pipeline and close complex enterprise deals across Financial Services & Insurance, Critical Infrastructure and Government. There's no inherited book to coast on. You'll build the territory, and you'll get paid well for it.

What you'll do

• Open new logos. Find, qualify and close net-new enterprise and upper mid-market accounts in regulated industries.
• Run the full cycle. Take deals from first discovery call to signed contract, including business cases, security reviews, procurement and negotiation.
• Sell to the buying committee. Multithread across Compliance, Risk, Records, IT/InfoSec, Legal and Procurement. Build champions who can sell for you when you're not in the room.
• Generate your own pipeline. Outbound through Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and intent data, and work with BDRs and Marketing to turn signals into meetings.
• Demo with a point of view. Run tailored demos built on the customer's risk, not a feature tour.
• Forecast with discipline. Qualify with MEDDPICC, keep Salesforce accurate and call your number with confidence.
• Shape the go-to-market. Your feedback from the field will sharpen our messaging, positioning and target-account strategy.
• Be in the market. Represent RecordPoint at industry events, webinars and customer forums.

What you bring

• A proven hunter record. You have 6+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience, including 3+ years winning net-new enterprise logos, and you can walk us through quota attainment year by year. 
• Complex deal craft. You've closed six- and seven-figure deals with 6–18 month cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Regulated-industry fluency. You've sold into FSI, Critical Infrastructure or Government, and you understand how compliance, risk and procurement shape a buying decision.
• Solution selling. You sell on value and outcomes, and you can make a technical platform make sense to a Chief Compliance Officer as easily as to a CISO.
• Qualification rigour. You use MEDDIC/MEDDPICC as a working habit, not a slide.
• Self-direction. You plan your own territory, build pipeline without being told to, and like being measured.
• Nice to have: experience in information governance, records management, data security, privacy or compliance technology; hands-on use of AI-driven sales tools or intent data.

\n$200,000 - $250,000 a yearSalary ranges are a total On Target Earnings (OTE) number that is inclusive of a base salary and commissions component.
Comissions are uncapped and capable of being exceeded.
