About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Client Services team and support the delivery of engaging, high-quality medical communications programs. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams, building your project management and client relationship skills while helping keep projects on track, on time, and within budget.

This role can be performed remotely and reports to a senior member of the Client Services team.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the day-to-day delivery of client projects, including timelines, status reports, project briefs, meetings, and documentation.
• Build positive relationships with clients and provide responsive, organized project support.
• Collaborate with Scientific Services and cross-functional teams to coordinate projects from briefing through delivery.
• Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, escalating potential issues when needed.
• Support project financials, including budgets, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Develop knowledge of client products and therapy areas to better support account needs and identify opportunities for growth.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant project or account management experience, ideally within medical communications, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to develop your career in medical communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.Compensation$58,000—$74,000 USD
