Account Executive

As a Territory Sales Account Executive, you will be part of a growing team that is changing the way the laundry industry thrives.  In this role, you will be full cycle AE prospecting for new business, building relationships, leveraging partnerships, and calling on inbound leads to close business.  
This is a field sales opportunity based out of your personal home office living in the same territory that you will be working.

Responsibilities:
Owning your territory and generating a list of prospective customers and managing the full cycle from initial call to close
Doing a deep discovery to tailor your demo to suit the needs of your buyer
Work cross functionally with other team members to ensure we are turning customers into territory advocates
Leveraging Salesforce & other tech stacks to manage all pipeline activities
Work local events & trade shows in your market to leverage partnerships

Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing sales role, laundry operations, or a relatable field and industry
Proven track record of success in meeting & exceeding goals
Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Driven, self-motivated, curious, creative, & flexible
Experience with google & salesforce is preferred but not required
Prior experience with POS/payments is a nice to have

About the Role
As an Account Executive at Cents, you're the engine behind new business growth. You own the full sales cycle — from the first demo to a signed deal — for laundromat and dry cleaning operators across the country. You'll work BDR/SDR-generated leads, direct booked opportunities, self-sourced pipeline, and CS round-robin leads to close deals that genuinely change how operators run their businesses. Your earning potential is limited only by your hustle — in a market where Cents is the undisputed leader.

Responsibilities

• Run the full sales cycle: demo, follow-up, negotiation, close.
• Work all lead sources: BDR/SDR-generated demos, direct booked opportunities, CS round-robin leads, and self-sourced outbound.
• Make an intro call before every demo — no exceptions.
• Apply the T.A.O.M. framework (Time, Agenda, Outcome, Mutually Agreed) on every call. 
• Schedule alignment calls during the sales process; set go-live expectations of 2–4 weeks.
• Pitch the full Cents product suite with bundled pricing as the primary close lever.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; target 100+ outbound calls per week.
• Keep Salesforce fully notated before every handoff; follow billing date and BRF submission rules.
• Route all inbound LW/MOOPS opportunities through the distributor team workflow.
• Help refine the Sales Bible — document winning tactics to help the next generation of AEs succeed.

• Salesforce Hygiene: Non-negotiable — accurate stages, clean notes, no guesswork on handoff.
• Consultative Seller: You lead with operator pain points, not feature lists.
• Relentless & Coachable: High-drive, optimistic, and hungry for feedback because you know it sharpens your edge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales role (SaaS preferred).
• Creative, persistent, and passionate about sales with a dynamic personality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-scaling startup environment — you adapt quickly and thrive in ambiguity. 
• Tech-savvy; navigates sales tools and internal platforms quickly.
• Experience with Salesforce, Dialpad, and Gong preferred.
• Outside or field sales experience a plus; prior POS/payments experience is nice to have.

Base salary of $75,000 with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $200,000. OTE includes base salary plus commission for achieving 100% of sales targets.\n
