The Account Executive - Business Development - Sales is a strategic sales role responsible that will lead the pursuit, solutioning, and closure of complex Managed Services opportunities at multiple customers. This individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver transformative outcomes for customers through Dell’s services portfolio.

Responsibilities
You will:

Lead Managed Services sales pursuits from qualification through contract closure.

Develop and execute an 18-month sales strategy and quarterly campaign plans.

Collaborate with Client Executives, Services Account Executives, Pre-Sales Solution Principals, and Delivery Managers to design tailored “as-a-Service” solutions.

Align Dell’s Managed Services value proposition with customer business goals.

Represent Managed Services in QBRs and strategic account planning sessions.

Lead contract negotiations and development of Statements of Work (SOWs).

Design and validate service delivery models, SLAs, and cost structures.

Track and report on account and opportunity metrics.

Coordinate internal resources for demos, proposals, and customer meetings.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of field IT Services or Outsourcing sales experience within Outside Sales.
- Proven track record leading complex sales cycles and closing large deals
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-Suite level stakeholder
- Knowledge of Managed AI, Multi-cloud, IaaS, PaaS, Storage, Backup and IT outsourcing sales and GTM strategies.
- Skilled in negotiations, relationship building, analytics and program management.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- Experience in solution selling or customer success.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Travel 50% or more
Compensation-
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total targeted compensation range for this position: $256,700 to $332,200.
