Account Executive

We are seeking an Account Executive to provide essential support to the Account Management Team, working cross-functionally to ensure seamless day-to-day management of accounts. Responsibilities include supporting account leads to conduct strategic planning and execution of public relations and corporate communications initiatives for clients, including supporting the management of relationships with clients and internal teams. We are seeking a resourceful, dynamic and proactive individual capable of working across multiple client accounts, efficiently and proactively driving projects forward with a strong attention to detail.

This is a full time, remote role.

What you'll do:

• Conduct research and gather intelligence to support client business and agency new business, using internal and external research capabilities; deliver research insights and collaborate with account teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Draft basic PR materials aligned to AP style (e.g., spokespeople bios, fact sheets, press releases, blog posts); manage seamless integration of client and internal feedback to materials
• Maintain understanding and knowledge of client key messages/message platform, data and promotional narrative for brand and competition, with an eye toward creating consistency and high-quality work outputs across communications materials and channels
• Support account team to build account management skills, including client and internal team calls and billing
• Build capabilities in cross-functional team coordination and oversight, including across media relations, creative and digital/social media functional areas
• Develop and maintain core account management materials, including status call trackers, agenda, meeting summaries, activity reports
• Oversee integration of internal and client feedback to key agency/client materials, including support for client MLR processes and systems (e.g., Veeva); maintain high attention to detail to ensure feedback is appropriately integrated and communicated to internal teams

​What you should have:   

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1+ years public relations agency experience, Healthcare preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work independently, leading multiple projects under tight projects with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in healthcare public relations, demonstrating an ability to be a curious and active listener with an understanding of critical questions to ask, and of whom
