Because at UKG, your work matters—and so do you.About the opportunity As a Sales Executive on our SMB team, you will build new customer relationships and sell UKG’s HCM, Workforce Management, and Payroll solutions to organizations ready to modernize the way they work. You will own the sales process within an assigned territory—from prospecting and discovery through proposal, presentation, and close. What you'll do Drive territory growth 

• Consistently exceed sales quotas and create a healthy territory pipeline. 
• Present HCM/WFM products and services to final decision-makers and end users. 
• Identify opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals based on customer technical and business needs. 
• Build strong knowledge of the HCM/WFM/SaaS industry and the customers you serve. 

Deliver a consultative customer experience 

• Maintain a working knowledge of UKG products and capabilities and incorporate relevant advances into presentations. 
• Use discovery and consultative selling to connect customer needs to business outcomes. 
• Partner with Application Consulting, Technical Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, Implementation, and Customer Support to move opportunities forward. 
• Build credibility through organized follow-up, clear communication, and customer-focused execution. 

What you bring Basic Qualifications 

• Strong knowledge of the HCM/WFM/SaaS industry. 
• Must have 2+ years of proven success in a selling role. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience selling WFM/HRMS/Payroll solutions strongly preferred. 
• Experience selling software or SaaS solutions to business customers. 
• Demonstrated experience managing a territory and a full sales cycle from prospecting through close. 

Travel Requirement 

• 50%

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan. The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation. The base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and work location.
