Job Title: Academy Data 360 Associate

About ListEngage Academy:
ListEngage Academy is a full-time incubator designed to accelerate careers in enterprise cloud consulting. Built for high-potential talent with little to no prior Salesforce experience, our program transforms technical aptitude into certified, client-ready consulting expertise. You will learn directly from senior industry practitioners through a mix of rigorous coursework and practical scenario modeling. Admission is intentionally competitive and cohort sizes are capped to guarantee dedicated, one-on-one mentorship for every associate.
About the Role:
As an Academy Data 360 Associate, you will embark on a fast-tracked career pathway designed to groom you into a future Salesforce Data 360 Implementation Consultant. No prior experience with the platform is required. We provide the curriculum, platform access, certification funding, and dedicated mentorship needed to build your expertise from the ground up.
Your journey begins with a 4-week intensive learning phase focused on data integration, platform architecture, and client solution design. During this time you will prepare for and take the Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant exam. As you transition into real client projects, your training continues with ongoing structural support to ensure your long-term success.
Timeline:
- Start Date: November 2, 2026
- Month 1: Complete 60 hours of immersive hands-on instruction and earn your official Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant credential.
- Months 2 & 3: Transition into your role as an Implementation Consultant on active project teams while completing an additional 80 hours of continuous Academy enablement.
- Month 4+: Receive on-the-job training, senior-level mentorship, and exposure to complex data strategy to propel your career progression.
Candidate Attributes:
- Demonstrate high learning velocity with the ability to rapidly absorb, retain, and apply complex technical concepts in an accelerated environment
- Approach multi-layered technical problems with strong analytical curiosity and a structured, step-by-step mindset
- Communicate clearly and confidently, with an ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions for clients
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail when configuring system logic, mapping data flows, and verifying project requirements
- Thrive in a collaborative team setting while taking complete ownership of independent tasks and training goals
- Adapt easily to dynamic project environments, actively seeking out constructive feedback
- Display strong personal accountability, organization, and time-management skills when balancing live client work with continuous learning
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study required
- Any amount of professional work experience
- Must be able to work for an employer without sponsorship
