About the Role:Limitless Endeavors is looking for a passionate and dedicated Academic Tutor to join our team in Washington, DC! Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions across a variety of subjects and grade levels
• Assess individual student needs and develop customized learning plans to address academic gaps
• Track and monitor student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student development
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials to support comprehension and retention
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, attendance, and academic milestones

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, a subject-specific field, or related discipline preferred
• Active teacher's certification
• Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of core academic subjects such as math, reading, writing, or science
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and needs
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Passion for education, youth development, and community impact
