Cragun's Resort, beautifully located on the shores of Gull Lake, is on the lookout for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to fill the role of Counter Workers at our vibrant poolside restaurant, Above Deck! What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and take food and beverage orders with precision
- Serve delicious dishes and refreshing drinks promptly and with flair
- Ensure every guest leaves satisfied by providing friendly and attentive service
- Set the stage by arranging and resetting tables to our high service standards
- Handle transactions expertly—collecting payments, issuing receipts, and providing change
- Keep our service area sparkling clean and organized
- Go the extra mile to accommodate special requests that enhance our guests' experience
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A friendly and upbeat personality with top-notch communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Flexibility in working hours; winter shifts include Fridays from 2-10 PM and Saturdays from 11 AM-10 PM
- No prior experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need to shine
- $13/hr plus tips
