with autism in their homes, helping them communicate, build
independence, and develop life-changing skills.

Already have ABA experience? We want you.

What You'll Do

• Work one-on-one with children with autism
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect data and document progress
• Work closely with BCBAs and families
• Celebrate your clients' wins — big and small

What We're Looking For

• Previous ABA experience
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Reliable — when a child is counting on you, you show up
• Patient, energetic, and great with kids
• Open to feedback and always looking to improve
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to client homes
