Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) - New Jersey
Location: Matawan, NJ
Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per Hour

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is thrilled to invite a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a wonderful child in Matawan, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities!
Schedule:
- Monday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Thursday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Every Other Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging one-to-one ABA therapy services
- Implement personalized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Inspire communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills
- Collect data and document session progress with enthusiasm
- Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure success
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children preferred
- RBT Certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to pass required background screenings
