ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) - New Jersey
Location: Yonkers, NY
Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per Hour

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is on the lookout for a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver incredible ABA services to a wonderful 6-year-old child in Yonkers, NY. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities!
Schedule:
Monday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM
Tuesday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM
Wednesday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM
Thursday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM
Friday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services with enthusiasm!
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA with care and dedication.
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills in a fun and engaging way!
- Collect data and document session progress to showcase the amazing growth!
- Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to create a supportive environment.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times, ensuring a safe space for everyone.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children preferred
- RBT Certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families!
- Reliable and dependable, ready to make a difference!
- Ability to pass required background screenings
