4554-Customer Engineering Manager

Your Role

We are looking for a Customer Engineering Manager who will be largely responsible for leading and supervising a team of data engineers as they develop, test, modify, and deliver solutions to US Healthcare problems.

You are expected to understand the business requirements from customers and integrate the same with our platforms, products & features. You will be involved in building up the platform to help run businesses of our enterprise customers more efficiently

A Day in the Life

• Interact with the customers on a frequent basis to understand their requirements
• Own the delivery plan and timelines through consultation with customers
• Negotiate features, enhancements and new incoming tasks with customers in accordance with team bandwidth and other factors
• Supervise and lead data analysts  and quality analysts on the team
• Direct and coordinate data integrations, analytics executions, dashboard powerups, maintenance operations and quality assurance activities
• Work closely with Innovaccer engineering, analytics, infrastructure teams and other engineering groups for defining and delivering solutions

What You Need

• Mandatory US Healthcare experience - data integration (not just migration) of claims, clinical, ADT, Labs; Healthcare Analytics experience (Cost of Care, Quality Measures, Risk) execution and payer report reconciliation in the Provider or Payer space
• Strong Technical Project Management, Stakeholder Management, and extremely good communication skills
• 10+  years of experience in implementing US Healthcare projects involving Data Integrations, Analytics (like HEDIS/MIPS/eCQM), visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau along with technical customer and project management experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, from IT to software engineering to business domains
• Hands-on experience in extracting data using SQL is a good to have
• Familiarity with data ETL tools and creating/reviewing mapping documents
• Basic experience with scripting (Python) is a good to have
• Relevant experience in Agile Methodology is a plus
