Job Description
At cabi, we’re redefining what it means to build a fashion brand—one rooted in connection, confidence, and purpose. As a women’s retail clothing company, we don’t just design beautiful apparel; we create opportunities for women to express themselves, build community, and thrive both personally and professionally. Our culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and deeply people-first, and every team member plays a role in creating meaningful experiences for our Stylists and clients. If you’re energized by creativity, inspired by empowering others, and excited to contribute to a brand that blends style with substance, you’ll feel right at home here.
As a Shift Supervisor at cabi Outlet, you're part of the management team — helping lead the store, the team, and the customer experience day to day. You'll style clients, coach coworkers, keep operations running smoothly, and step in as Manager on Duty when it counts. If you've got retail experience under your belt and you're ready for more responsibility, more trust, and more room to grow, this is your next move!
Pay: $16–$18/hour, based on experience
What You'll Do
- Lead by example on the sales floor — styling clients, driving sales, and setting the tone for great customer experience
- Build customer loyalty through genuine relationships and clienteling
- Coach, motivate, and support the team, delegating tasks and stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed
- Track KPIs and help the store hit its daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Oversee merchandising, shipment processing, and store presentation standards
- Handle cash, banking, and store records with accuracy and integrity
- Keep things running — solo or as part of the team — whether that's on the floor or behind the scenes
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or similar retail leadership role
- A natural communicator who builds trust with customers and coworkers alike
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and picking up new systems
- Trustworthy with cash handling and store assets
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle a lot at once
- A leader who brings integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude to the floor every day
- Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional solo coverage
- Ability to stand, move throughout the store, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
If you're looking for a leadership role where your style, your voice, and your people skills all matter, we want to hear from you.
Joining cabi means more than stepping into a role, it’s stepping into a mission. We’re passionate about lifting women up, supporting growth, and celebrating individuality in everything we do. As you explore this opportunity, imagine the impact you could make as part of a company that values innovation, authenticity, and connection at every level. If you’re ready to bring your talents to a team that’s as driven as it is supportive, we’d love to see what you can do with us.
In 2002, cabi’s Founders set out to solve two problems: women needed a better way to shop and a better way to work. We’ve become known for our alternative shopping experience where women can build a wardrobe and discover their personal style with the help of a cabi Stylist, without ever having to deal with the frustrations of traditional shopping. They can skip the time-consuming trips to the mall, the lack of service found in stores, and the overwhelming number of choices offered through online shopping.
The cabi Fashion Experience has solved the frustrations of traditional shopping, and through this unique alternative, nearly 3,500 women across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. have leapt at the opportunity to work in a different way too. Cabi Stylists run their own businesses that enable them to put first things first. Curious? We hope so! With an array of options to become an entrepreneur these days, we are proud to offer a career and shopping experience that is centered on bringing women together, building real relationship and community.
Our shopping experience takes place in the comfort of a home (our alternative store) where a personal Stylist provides a unique styling experience, sharing an unedited designer collection to a group of friends. It is as if the boutique store is rolled right into women’s living rooms. Cabi Stylists get to know each woman’s personal style, what works and what doesn’t work for them, and over time, they become their trusted go-to fashion resource. Cabi Stylists guide and inspire their clients to discover new looks that will give them 110% confidence in the choices they’ve made and leave them feeling like their best, most authentic self.
