Assist with office work, campus errands, room reservations and research projects ; Conduct daily room checks to insure proper set-up for services; assist with event set-ups and take-down; Reception in office (in person and telephone); Box office responsibilities include selling tickets, taking phone and credit card orders; Concessions responsibilities include sales during events and reconciliations at the end of each shift; staff events in the following front of house areas: box office sales, ticket takers, ushers and concessions

Standard Office Hours Range (between 8-5 Mon-Fri), Evenings, Weekends
