Job Summary

The Production Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and department specific administrative and/or production processes as assigned by management.

Essential Functions/Performance Dimensions and Tasks

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

Task Management

• Support with tasks or administrative assignments to completion as appropriate
• Escalate issues to proper department or supervisor as applicable
• Research solutions when necessary to complete the task

Service Excellence 

• Respond to client’s/vendor’s/customer’s requests or questions as assigned via phone, email, portal or fax

Quality Assurance 

• Work proactively with department staff to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Support with identifying improvements to ensure efficiency and quality metrics are met.

Other functions, duties, and tasks as assigned 

• Management retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of the position at any time.

Job Specifications

1. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
2. Must be able to work onsite in the Carrollton, TX office as requested by management.
3. Maximum number of hours that can be worked weekly is 25.
4. License: No certification required
5. Education: High school or equivalent required; some college course work in real estate preferred.
6. Experience: Some experience in real estate, financial services, mortgage servicing or vendor management preferred. Some experience to which they are assigned is preferred (e.g., REO Sales, Accounting, Title, Closing, and Preservation/Repair.) Experience with using Microsoft Office, required.

KSAO’s:

Required Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer service; structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar; Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer) Flexibility work schedule, data analytics.

It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem; Near Vision: The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

Job Context: The majority of work will be performed indoors in an environmentally controlled setting. The work environment also includes business casual; frequent contact with others via e-mail, telephone, face-to-face, letters and memos; daily decisions which have low impact on co-workers and company results; and a low level of autonomy within highly structured process flows.
