We're looking for critical thinkers that love investigating things to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program in Group Internal Audit.

You’ll get to:

Your team

You'll be part of Group Internal Audit, the only function with a complete view across UBS. Reporting independently to the Board, we bring together specialists in business, risk, data analytics and AI to identify emerging risks, generate insight and drive change across the firm.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:
• will graduate between December 2027 and June 2028
• has a cumulative GPA of 3.2 and above
• can explain ideas clearly, whether it’s summarizing findings, asking good questions, or sharing your thoughts in a way others understand 
• adapts easily to changing priorities and remains organized when allocated multiple tasks  
• acts with integrity, enjoys working with others, and shows curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn 
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team. Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Salary information

The indicative gross base salary for this role is USD 38.46 /hour.

Your program

During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.

You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
