The MBA Finance Associates Program (FAP) has been in place for over 30 years, recruiting top MBA candidates for dynamic careers in Finance. 

The Finance Associates Program Internship is a 10-week, paid opportunity based in central New Jersey that offers representative experience of the full-time program. Assignments may encompass the development of operating budgets, R&D portfolio allocations, financial forecasting for developmental compounds, analysis of operating performance, internal audit projects focused on risk assessment, controls, and operational effectiveness, and evaluation of returns on capital expenditures. Interns benefit from guidance provided by finance leaders, participate in professional development workshops, and establish a strong professional network throughout the organization.

Interns who demonstrate strong performance will receive consideration for a full-time position within the MBA Finance Associates Program following graduation. As part of the full-time program, a Finance Associate will have the opportunity to build a breadth of finance experience across the company by completing 4 six-month rotations. Finance Associates are part of a dynamic learning environment that provides high visibility to senior management and enables Finance Associates to organically build both mentoring relationships with managers and peers and a strong alumni network within the company.

Program Dates: Monday June 7, 2027 - Friday, August 13, 2027. Location in the Princeton/Lawrenceville, NJ area.

Qualifications & Experience:

• REQUIREMENT: Applicants must be currently enrolled first-year (1Y) MBA students at an accredited institution and on track to graduate in Spring/Summer 2028. Only candidates who meet this requirement will be considered.

• All candidates must be authorized to work in the US both at the time of hire and for the duration of their employment.  Please note that immigration or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years’ work experience and strong intellectual, financial and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new and complex concepts Proven capability to effectively communicate within work and/or academic environments, with the ability to adapt messages to suit various audiences.

• Ability to influence others and work effectively in a matrix organization are essential.

• Leadership potential is highly valued, and a commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamwork is required.

• Successful candidates will also demonstrate superior financial modeling skills, specifically in Excel, and the ability to quickly learn financial/accounting software.

• Strong time management skills, including the ability to work autonomously and within a team.

Compensation Overview:

$55.00 per hour

Pay for this internship/co‑op position is provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable laws. Pay may be offered as an hourly rate and/or monthly stipend, or other locally compliant structure. Pay is determined based on objective factors such as academic level, relevant experience, skills, and work location.

Interns and co‑op participants may be eligible for limited benefits depending on program structure, work location, and local requirements. Eligibility and offerings are governed by applicable policies and employment regulations.

This is a temporary, time‑bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co‑op program and does not guarantee continued or permanent employment following program completion.
