About the Role:
The 2027 Summer Internship - Civil Engineering offers an immersive opportunity for aspiring civil engineers to gain hands-on experience in the planning, site design, and execution of civil engineering projects across various markets. Interns will collaborate with experienced engineers and project managers to contribute to real-world projects. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles, project lifecycle, and industry standards while fostering professional growth and technical skill development. Interns will engage in the use of Civil3D software to support project objectives. By the end of the internship, candidates will have enhanced their practical knowledge and be better prepared for a successful career in civil engineering.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of civil engineering principles and mathematics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Previous internship or project experience related to civil engineering.
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to project meetings, report writing, and problem-solving activities.
