Construction Management Internship Opportunity
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the dynamic world of construction management? Miller-Davis Company is looking for driven, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Construction Management Interns. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, work alongside seasoned professionals, and contribute to real-world projects that shape communities.
🔨 What You’ll Do:
As an Intern, you’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting the onsite management of construction projects from start to finish. You’ll:
- Collaborate closely with the Project Superintendent and Project Managers
- Assist in supervising jobsite activities
- Communicate with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Suppliers
- Coordinate contractor schedules and material deliveries
- Monitor job costs and project timelines
- Ensure top-notch quality control on-site
- Integrate shop drawings and product data into operations
- Help manage change orders and documentation
- Uphold Miller-Davis’s safety standards and regulations
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint)
- A passion for construction and a desire to learn and grow
