2026-27 Premium Services Team Member

The LA Clippers are accepting applications for Premium Services Team Members! The Premium Services team delivers white-glove service to our premium clients and their guests, creating seamless, personalized experiences from arrival through departure.

This is a hands-on, role for someone who is warm, polished, energetic, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, highly personalized service. Premium Services Team Members support games, concerts, and special events by preparing Premium spaces, assisting with client requests, supporting activations, resolving issues, and helping deliver thoughtful, memorable moments. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, proactive, and eager to learn within a high-level Premium Services environment.

This is a part-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is not eligible for benefits. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, weekends, holidays, NBA games, concerts, and special events.

What You Will Do

• Engage with Premium Members and their guests while providing attentive support throughout each event.
• Prepare and deliver amenities, gifts, and special requests for Premium Members as needed.
• Help activate and maintain premium spaces, including suites and other hospitality areas.
• Inspect premium spaces before doors open and remain attentive to client needs throughout each event.
• Assist with inbound client inquiries and help answer or route questions appropriately.
• Troubleshoot event-day issues with professionalism, urgency, and sound judgment.
• Set up and facilitate premium activations, special moments, and personalized client experiences as needed.
• Support the Premium Services team with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
• Partner with internal teams to help ensure a seamless experience for Premium Members while maintaining a polished, professional, and welcoming presence throughout games, concerts, and special events.

• Resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to remain composed when navigating questions or unexpected issues.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly visible event environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and accept feedback, within the Premium Services team.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and follow verbal and written directions.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and positively interact in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, weekends, holidays, NBA games, concerts, and special events.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

About Intuit Dome:

Opened in August 2024, Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and hosts hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built different -- it redefines fans’ expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.

Host of the 2026 NBA All-Star game and Olympic Basketball in 2028, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.

Compensation

• $18.42 per hour. Expected hours of work per week vary.
• We provide staff parking for each game.
• The role is classified as non-exempt.

Essential Functions of the Job (Physical Requirements & Working Conditions)

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment or materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead and horizontally as needed to perform job duties.
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs and work safely at various heights, including top of stairways, when required.
• Ability to work in confined or enclosed spaces, including elevators, when required.
• Ability to move throughout the venue quickly and safely during events.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors in person.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments. Outdoor work may include exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, humidity, and direct sunlight.
• Ability to work in environments with elevated noise levels, crowds, and vibration typical of live sporting events and entertainment venues.
• Ability to work in crowded environments with frequent interaction with guests and team members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts based on business needs.
