Saw
Face and center machine
Crane
Pallet lifter
Bar chamfering
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify bar stock
Handle bar stock
Signoff sheets
Report non-conforming material
Report maintenance problems
Review blueprint revisions
Sawing, facing and centering
Record heat lot numbers
Identify pallets and containers
Move materials to the next area
: Preferred Qualifications (Experience, Education or Certification)
High school graduate
Two (2) years vocational school
One (1) year previous saw experience
Minimum Physical Qualifications
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Must be able to load/unload parts with a hoist
Must be able to move parts using pallet lifter
Minimum Qualifications
One (1) year experience on saw or high school graduate and six (6) months experience
Safety rules and procedures
Setup and operation of equipment
Department procedures
Must be able to read and write in English
